Toggle Switch – DPDT – On/Off/On

Description

This large, heavy duty, three position toggle switch has many uses for Model Railroads. Its sturdy build and panel mount design simplify installation, while screw tabs make wiring easy. As seen in the photo, the switch is large when compared to a HO Scale GP38. Its robust throw mechanism minimizes accidental toggling in busy aisles.

The DPDT (Dual Pole, Dual Throw) switch configuration is similar to the other DPDT toggle switch we carry, but adds a center “Off” position. The switch is ideally suited for DCC setups where you may want the option of turning track power off, or switching to a programming track on the fly – such as an engine service track!
