If you were looking for the most prototypical coupler on the market, Sergent Engineering couplers were the obvious choice. These couplers featured prototypical sizing, shape, and correctly operating knuckles. Unfortunately, earlier this year, Sergent closed up shop and gave their designs out to interested manufacturers.
Inventive models took on the challenge of producing many of these couplers; you may have seen their impressive brass castings of prototype couplers in a variety of types. The quality and operation has been top notch. We are excited to announce we are an official supplier of these amazing couplers!
This fleet set contains 360 pairs (720 couplers) with special bulk pricing. Couplers require minor assembly, though similar to the original Sergents. New shipments now feature a gunmetal / black finish.
