Description
These uniquely designed LEDs are similar in size to many of the “light tubes” used on HO Scale (and other) locomotives. The 2mm diameter tube directs light outwards, and makes these perfect for headlights on many locomotives and many other applications. The tube can be shaved down or shortened as needed to fit your model as the LED emitter is contained within the base and will not be harmed.
To keep from having to solder to the fine legs, this LED ships fully assembled with a current limiting resistor and wire leads. All of this is encased in heat shrink tubing, making these ready to go! Just connect to power and it will light up.
